I recognize that membership in IEA and other affiliated associates are not obligated to attend to any of my medical or medication needs, and I assume all risk and responsibility therefore. I release IEA, its officers, officials, employees, volunteers, students, agents and assigns from all liability for any bodily or mental injury or damage I sustain as a result of my participation in the program, as well as any medical treatment decision or recommendation made by an employee, agent, or affiliation of IEA. I agree to pay all expenses relating thereto and release IEA and any and all associates from any liability for any actions.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
Knowing the risks described above, and in voluntary consideration of being permitted to participate membership, I agree to release, indemnify, and defend IEA and their officials, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and students from and against any claim which I, the participant, my parents or legal guardian, relative associate or any other related person may have for any losses, damages or injuries arising out of or in connection with my participation in this Program. Your monthly membership cost is $20.00 US currency. Included in your membership is access to all I.E.A. events, including the annual convention. As a member you will be associated with services such as Legal Advice, Medical Insurance, and Consumer Purchasing Power. The membership price is nonrefundable under any and all circumstances. Once payment has been made, you will immediately be an official IEA member. You will receive a receipt of payment notifying you of your payment and active membership immediately. IEA maintains member databases that contain mailing, billing, and member profile information, as well as a record of each members product purchases and events attended. The information in these databases is used by authorized IEA staff members to process orders; mail invoices, member benefits, renewal notices, and announcements; and respond to member inquiries. Member records are maintained as long as an individual is an IEA member. Personal information is stored in a secure database with standard security method to protect it. We require confirmation of identity before releasing information back to the user for update over the Web. Commercial information (such as credit card numbers) is obtained using our secure Web server. We do not store complete credit card information on our machines.

Your renewal date is the monthly date of your enrollment.
